Half Price Broadband Plans on fibre plans Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the 2degrees Broadband, Broadband Plan Terms and Conditions, and any other applicable Terms and Conditions.
2. These Terms and Conditions govern the 50% off fibre plans for six months promotion (Promotion), conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees). The Promotion commences on 15th October and until terminated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (Promotion Period).
3. You are eligible for the Promotion if, during the Promotion Period:
   1. you are a new 2degrees Broadband customer; and
   2. you sign up online for 12 months to one of the following plans:
      1. Fibre Starter;
      2. Unlimited Broadband Fibre Plan (excluding ADSL and VDSL);
      3. Ultimate Unlimited Broadband Fibre Plan; or
      4. HyperFibre 2 or HyperFibre 4 Plan.
4. If eligible, your account will be credited monthly to reduce your monthly plan charges by 50% from activation. The Promotion is not available on Copper or Wireless plans.
5. If you cancel the eligible plan early:
   1. the credit received up until the date of termination will be repayable; and
   2. early termination charges will apply.
6. The credit is non-transferable or exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
7. A $5 p/m modem rental, $15 rental modem shipping and non-standard installation apply. Broadband not available everywhere.

General

8. 2degrees reserves the right to change or terminate these Terms and Conditions or the Promotion at any time.
9. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or plans offered at a discounted rate.
10. This Promotion is not available to employees of Two Degrees Mobile Limited or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
11. The promotion is not available for business customers.
12. We reserve the right to extend, change or terminate this offer at any time without notice.
13. By completing the steps set out at clause 3, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
