Rental modem option is only available on fixed-term plans and incurs a $5/month charge (excluding Hyperfibre Plans). BYO option is available on both fixed and open-term plans. Broadband Discount

$15 off per month discount applies to new Broadband customers on a 12-month Unlimited Fibre Plan (excludes VDSL or ADSL) and Ultimate Unlimited Broadband Plan only. Discount applied as a $15 monthly credit prior to the monthly billing date. First credit instalment applied after activation of the Broadband Plan. Credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash. Standard pricing applies after 12 months.

Modem Rental Discount

$5 off per month discount applies for new Broadband customers on a 12-month Fibre or Wireless Broadband plan. $15 shipping fee applies. A $5/month charge will apply once the discount ends. Discount applies as long as you remain on an eligible plan.

Joining Credit

$50 one-time joining credit applies to new Broadband customers on a 12-month Fibre or Wireless Broadband plan. Joining credit applied in one instalment post sign-up. Credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash.

Free Modem Delivery Fee

New Broadband customers on a 12-month Fibre or Wireless Broadband plan are eligible for a one-off $15 credit to cover modem shipping fees when the modem is purchased outright or rented.

Power Joining Credit
