50% off Pay Monthly Plans for 6 months
- These terms and conditions apply to the 50% off Pay Monthly Plans for 6 months promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees). The Promotion terms and conditions apply to you as Account Owner (You or you).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, 2degrees Carryover and Unlimited Plans Terms and any other applicable terms and conditions.
- Defined terms carry the meaning given to them in the Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, unless expressly defined below.
- The Promotion begins 9:00am on 23rd May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on 22nd June 2025 (Promotion Period). We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
- Subject to (6) and (7), if during the Promotion Period, any new Connection on your Account (including yourself) who signs up to a $40+ consumer Pay Monthly Plan will be eligible for 50% off the applicable monthly plan fee (Discount) for 6 consecutive months from sign up (Discount Period).
- New Connections do not include Connections on a Sidekick Plan, Group Plans or Business Plans.
- For the avoidance of doubt, if a Connection signing up to a consumer Pay Monthly in accordance with (5) is already on a Pay Monthly Plan as at 11:59pm on 22nd May 2025, they will not be eligible for the Promotion.
- The Discount is applied to the monthly plan fee only and is not applied to other additional charges, including add-ons.
- If a new Connection ends their Pay Monthly Plan within 12 months, the Discount received will be repayable on a pro-rated basis. Early termination fees may apply.
- The Discount may not be applied to the new Connection until the second Bill.
- The usual monthly plan fee applies after the Discount Period.
- One Discount per new Connection.
- New Connections must remain on the Pay Monthly Plan during the Discount Period to keep receiving the Discount.
- The Discount is not transferable or exchangeable and is not available in conjunction with other offers or plans offered at a discounted rate.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in (5) above.
