$19+ Monthly Prepay 7.5 Data Bonus Promotion Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to the 2degrees Prepay Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions.
- If you:
- were not a 2degrees customer at 12:00am on 9 July 2021;
- sign up to a $19 Monthly Prepay Plan or above, excluding the $85 Monthly Prepay Plan (Eligible Plan); and
- port your number to 2degrees between 9 July 2021 and 31 December 2024 (Promotion Period),
you will be eligible to receive 7.5GBs of Carryover Data (Bonus Data).
- The Bonus Data is a one off allocation and may take up to 72 hours (from the time in which you purchased the Eligible Plan) to be applied to your Account. 2degrees will not be liable for any delays in respect of applying the Bonus Data to your Account within any specified time frames.
- The Bonus Data can only be used in NZ (unless you are using our Daily Roaming product). You will lose the Bonus Data balance if you do not maintain an active Eligible Plan or cancel your 2degrees Account, including porting your number to another provider.
- The Bonus Data will carryover for 12 months provided you maintain an active Eligible Plan.
- The Bonus Data:
- is not available in conjunction with any other offer;
- is not transferable or exchangeable; and
- cannot be taken as cash or any other form of value.
- One pack of Bonus Data per Eligible Plan.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
- This Promotion is not available to employees of 2degrees or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the step set out in clauses 2 (b) and (c) above.
