Free Hour of Data each day Promotion Terms and Conditions

- If you are a:
- Prepay customer with a current active $19, $29, $40, $55 or $70 Prepay Plan (Eligible Plan); or
- Pay Monthly customer with an active $30, $40, $55 or $70 Carryover Plan (Eligible Plan),
you will get one hour of free data each day (Free Data Hour)
- Free Data Hour:
- is only made available via the Data Clock app. See Data Clock app for details including downloading the Data Clock app, and
- can only be used in NZ; and
- is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
- If your Eligible Plan is ended you will not get the Free Data Hour.
- During times of network congestion, customers may experience slower data speeds.
- We reserve the right to change or terminate these terms and conditions or the Free Data Hour at any time. If applicable we’ll let you know if we do this by posting new terms on our website.
- By completing the steps set out at clause 2, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
