Free Hour of Data each day for $8 Prepaid Plan Promotion Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply in addition to the 2degrees Prepay Terms and Conditions, Carryover Combo Terms and Conditions, Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions, Carryover Plans Terms and Conditions, Data Clock Terms & Conditions and 2degrees Data Clock Terms of use.
- Subject to clause 3, if you are an active 2degrees consumer Prepay or Pay Monthly customer (excluding Unlimited Plans) (Eligible Plan), you will get one hour of free data each day (Free Data Hour).
- If you are a Prepay customer on an active $8 Monthly Prepay Plan, you will only be eligible for Free Data Hour from 3rd November 2025 to 19th January 2026.
- Free Data Hour:
- is only made available via the Data Clock app. See Data Clock app for details including downloading the Data Clock app;
- can only be used in NZ; and
- is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
- If your Eligible Plan is ended, you will not get the Free Data Hour.
- During times of network congestion, customers may experience slower data speeds.
- Max speeds will reduce to 1 mbps after 40 GB / m, per person. At reduced speeds, your experience will be impacted.
- We reserve the right to change or terminate these terms and conditions or the Free Data Hour at any time. If applicable we’ll let you know if we do this by posting new terms on our website.
- By using Free Data Hour in the Data Clock app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
