Free 7 day Network Trial Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions apply to the free 7 day network trial (Network Trial) provided by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
- These specific terms and conditions apply in addition to our Prepay Terms and Conditions, Prepay Plan Terms and Prepay Standard Rates and any other applicable terms and conditions.
- If you:
- were not a 2degrees customer at 12:00 am on 10 November 2025; and
- have an active New Zealand mobile number which is not with 2degrees; and
- have an eSIM capable phone; and
- sign up to the Network Trial,
the following benefits will be made available to you for 7 days on your eSIM:

- The Network Trial does not include any of the following costs and/or services:
- roaming, Add Ons, International/toll calls, overage, picture messages (MMS), or Premium calls/texts to non-standard, Premium numbers including short codes.
- One Network Trial per individual or business only.
- You must activate the eSIM within 90 days of the date it is provisioned to you to redeem the Network Trial. If you do not activate your eSIM within 90 days, then the Network Trial offer expires. You may still activate your eSIM as a blank prepay eSIM in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
- The Network Trial is not transferable or exchangeable.
- The Network Guarantee is not available to employees or contractors of 2degrees or Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
- We reserve the right to change or withdraw these Network Trial terms and conditions at any time or not offer the Network Trial if we suspect that acceptance of the Network Trial is not genuine or risks being abused. If we do not offer the Network Trial we will tell you before your sign up is complete.
- You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 3.
- We may use the information provided by you to contact you for feedback on the Network Trial and provide you with information about our products and services. We will only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and you may unsubscribe from marketing communications.
