These terms and conditions (in conjunction with the Pay Monthly Terms and Conditions and Interest Free Terms and Conditions and any other applicable terms and conditions) apply to Two Degrees Mobile Limited's phone offers on Pay monthly plans and Interest Free promotions set out below (Promotions).
2. The Promotions commence at 9:00am on 09 September 2024 and end at 11:59pm on 3rd November 2024 (Promotion Period). 2degrees reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotions at any time without prior notice.
3. Promotions do not apply to 2degrees JB Plans.
4. If during the Promotion Period, you:

5. Only new 2degrees Plan Pay Monthly customers or existing prepay customers joining an Eligible Plan are eligible for these Promotions.
6. If you switch from a 2degrees JB Plan to a 2degrees Pay Monthly Plan you are not eligible for these Promotions.
7. Phone balance repayable if you end your eligible plan.
8. If you cancel or downgrade your plan from an Eligible Plan within 12 months, you will be required to repay the Saving on a pro-rated basis.
