Survey Incentive Draw Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) Customer Joining Experience Survey Incentive Draw Promotion (Promotion).

1. About the Promotion The Promotion is conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited, Level 2, 136 Fanshawe Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
2. Promotion Period The Promotion commences on 9^th July and continues on a rolling monthly basis until further notice (Promotion Period). 2degrees reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. How to Enter To be eligible for the draw, you must complete the Customer Joining Experience Survey during the Promotion Period. One (1) entry per customer per survey.
4. Eligibility To be eligible, you must:
   • Be a current 2degrees consumer customer with an active account;
   • Be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or over; and
   • Not be an employee or contractor of 2degrees or its related entities.
   • Business customers are not eligible for this Promotion.
5. The Prize
   • One (1) winner will be drawn each month to receive a $100 account credit applied to their 2degrees account (Prize).
   • The $100 credit will be applied as a one-off credit to the winner's 2degrees account within five (5) business days of being notified.
   • The Prize is not negotiable, transferable, or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.
   • Account credit cannot be transferred to another account.
6. The Draw
   • Winners will be drawn randomly on the last Friday of each month from all eligible entries received during that month.
   • 2degrees' decisions on all matters regarding the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification
   • The winner will be contacted via the phone number or email address associated with their 2degrees account.
   • If three (3) reasonable attempts to contact the winner are made and the winner remains uncontactable within 5 business days of the draw, 2degrees reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Privacy Any personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be held by 2degrees in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability To the extent permitted by law, 2degrees excludes any liability it may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion.
10. General
    • 2degrees reserves the right, acting reasonably, to extend, change, or terminate all or part of the Promotion at any time without notice.
    • By completing the survey, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
