What will change?
There’s a new online portal and app for your business broadband account
Manage your account and payments using the brand new My 2degrees portal and 2degrees App – available on the App Store and Google Play. Sign in with the email address registered to your 2degrees business broadband account and your current password. If you don’t know your password, you can reset this here
Your business broadband account number will change
You’ll receive an email with your new business broadband account number after the upgrade.
If we’ve set up your automatic payment for you via either Direct Debit or Credit Card payment, there’s nothing you need to do. You will be direct debited under a new authority code 0238289, and the GST number will change to 091-223-058.
My broadband service is down. What should I do?
If your broadband services aren’t working after the upgrade, you may need to restart your modem to get back online.
What happens next?
Once the upgrades are completed, we'll send you an email with your new business broadband account number.
