Phones Compatible with VoLTE & WiFi Calling

Your phone or device needs to be VoLTE capable to support voice calls on 4G networks. VoLTE, or Voice over Long Term Evolution (LTE), is simply 4G calling. It lets you make high definition (HD) calls using the 4G network. Learn more here.

Your phone or device may also support WiFi calling. WiFi Calling (VoWiFi) allows you to make and receive calls, texts, and multimedia messages over a suitable WiFi connection, even when there’s no mobile coverage. It is also helpful in low-reception areas or while travelling overseas. WiFi Calling does not replace VoLTE. Learn more here.

Note: When you roam in countries where 2G and 3G have been switched off, you will need to ensure your phone or device is VoLTE capable. You might already be using 4G for voice calls. If that's the case, you're all set—no extra steps needed!
