What is an IOU Pack?
IOU is an acronym that simply means "I owe you". Purchasing an IOU Pack lets you go into a negative credit balance, which you will pay back when you next Top Up. Our IOU Packs are there to help in a tight spot, as they are one-off purchases they won't auto-renew like our plans and add-ons.
Note: IOU Packs are only available when your balance is less than $6 but not below $0.
What IOU Pack can I get?
There are two types of IOU Packs available:
- The $5 daily IOU Pack is valid for 1 day from purchase
- The $5 weekly IOU Pack is valid for 7 days from purchase
How do I get an IOU Pack?
To get an IOU Pack, simply text the word ‘Buy’ followed by the pack name to 233.
- $5 for 1 day: Text Buy 5daily to 233
- $5 for 7 days: Text Buy 5combo to 233
Note: there must be no spaces in the pack names.
