Flex password reset requirement, April 2026

Why do I need to reset my password?

2degrees is making an important update to the Flex login experience. This update will ensure a more consistent login experience across the platform, including a simplified login page and optimisation for mobile devices.

When do I need to reset my password?

Once the reset window opens on 30 April 2026, you will be unable to log in until you reset your password. 

Note: If you can still log in with your old password early on this day, you’ll still need to reset it — it simply means the reset window hasn’t opened yet.

I have multi-factor authentication set up on my account; do I need to reset this as well?

Users who have set up multi-factor authentication will need to reset this as well.
