Why am I seeing changes to my billing?

2degrees is in the process of transferring mobile services from one system to another.  If you are a mobile customer, this process is now underway. As a result, you may see some changes to your mobile bill and billing details.

What are the changes to my bill?

Your 2degrees bill has a new look and format including your new account number. Depending on your payment methods, there may also be changes to how you pay your bill (listed below).

You may notice our GST number has also changed. Don’t worry, your supplier is still 2degrees.

Your credit card payment fee has reduced from 1.75% to 1%.

Everything else about your account remains the same, but if you need to make changes to your account in future, we'll confirm your new account number with you when you contact us.

What is changing about my payment method?

If you’re set up to pay your bill via either Direct Debit or Credit Card payment, there’s nothing you need to do. You may notice that your direct debit has a new authority code.

If you pay by bank transfer, or have set up your own automatic payment, you need to make sure you use the following payment details when you make payment:

Bank account: 02-0108-0659253-000

Reference: Your new customer account number which is shown on your latest bill

Please note, this bank account number is different to the bank account number you previously made payment to, your customer account number will need to be your new customer account number which will be on your bill itself and will also be on your bill summary email.

If you have both broadband and mobile services, your customer account number will need to match the services the payment relates to.

How do I log in to My 2degrees?

My 2degrees is the online portal you use to manage your business account and payments.

Simply head over to My 2degrees, enter your email address (the one registered to your 2degrees business account and that we send your business mobile bill to) and your current password.

How do I log in to the 2degrees App?

Our App is available on the App Store and Google Play.

Log in to the App using the same login details as your new online portal My 2degrees.

Enter your email address (the one registered to your 2degrees business account and that we send your business mobile bill to) and your current password to manage your account from your mobile device.

Will there be changes to my business broadband bill?

No. If you also receive business broadband services from 2degrees, your business broadband bill and billing details (including account number) for those broadband services will remain the same.

Your bills will continue to be available in My 2degrees, and you’ll continue to receive a link to your bill each month via email.
