About our contact centre

You may refer to them as our contact centre staff, but we call them our Customer Care legends. Whether it's topping up your Prepay phone, getting your family on a Pay Monthly pool plan or needing a bit of help connecting to WiFi - our Customer Care Team handle all your calls.

Where is the 2degrees contact centre based?

We're proud to say that anyone you speak with in our Customer Care team is located right here in Aotearoa, New Zealand. That's right, we don't believe in outsourcing to overseas call centres, and are proud of our personal and local service. How many of the other mobile and broadband providers can say the same? Not many, if any.

When is your contact centre open?
