Why are your broadband prices going up?
We get it - price increases are tough. We do our best to keep prices competitive. However, the cost of running our mobile network (which powers your wireless broadband connection) has continued to increase. We need to make this change to ensure we can keep Kiwis connected.
Does the price increase apply to all broadband plans?
This increase applies to some of our 4G Wireless Broadband plans:

The price increase does not apply to our Fibre and Copper broadband plans.
I’m on a fixed-term plan. Does the price change apply to me?
Yes, the price change also applies to fixed-term plans. As part of the terms and conditions of your plan, price changes can be made with 30 days’ notice. If you need to change plan or cancel let us know within 30 days of being notified about the change by giving us a call on 0800 022 022 and we won’t charge you any early termination fees – but we really hope, you’ll stick around!
Can I change to another broadband plan?
Depending on your data usage, household size, and how you use your broadband, you might be able to switch to a different plan without paying an early termination fee (as long as it’s available at your address).

If I don’t want to pay more, can I cancel my plan?
We’d be sad to see you go, but if you decide that you want to cancel your broadband plan because of the increase, let us know within 30 days of being notified about the change by giving us a call on 0800 022 022 and we won’t charge you any early termination fees – but we really hope you’ll stick around!
If your modem is rented from us, you’ll still need to return it, or charges may apply. Jump online to find out how to cancel your plan.
Will my Pay Monthly, Super Gold, or power bundle discount change?
No. There are no changes to the existing Pay Monthly, Super Gold, or power bundle discounts. Any existing Super Gold, Pay Monthly, or power bundle discounts you are getting will continue to apply.
Do I need to make any changes to my automatic bill payment?
If you have a direct debit or credit card payment method set up on your account, then there’s nothing you need to do. We’ll make the change on our end.
If you have an automatic payment set up with your bank, you’ll need to update the payment amount before the date shown on the email when we notified you of the change.
