*Our wholesale fibre connections for the Unlimited Plan have increased from 100 (download) / 20 (upload) Mbps to 300/100Mbps. When the increased speed has been tested by the Commerce Commission’s MBNZ testing programme we will provide peak time average speeds. The average download peak time speed for the Ultimate Unlimited Plan is specific to our Plan while the average upload peak speed is the average for all FibreMax plan’s in the MBNZ programme. This also applies to customers on the Unlimited Plan serviced by Northpower who will remain on our former Unlimited Plan with average download/upload peak time speeds of 100/22 Mbps. The speed you experience at any given time may be higher or lower than these averages and depends on factors including the performance of your modem, location of the server, your computer/phone and how your WiFi has been setup.
